Storm at Cresent Lake in Panoramic Format

Mountains across Crescent Lake in Olympic National Park, with a storm moving in. The weather looks innocuous enough; the clouds are thin, but opened rain almost immediately after shooting this. Other photos in the same series bear witness to the rain which was to come.
And yet the sun is shining on the ridge along the left of the frame … even over one of the patches of snow. The streak to the far right probably sees much less sunlight.
