Train Yard on the Columbia

Believe it or not, this is the view from the dashboard of my new Subaru Legacy, which will be the subject of a future post. While cars aren’t typically considered part of photography, this one is all wheel drive ( or just AWD ) and the forest service roads to Mount Saint Helens are closed for the season. I’ve brought Hondas and Toyotas places where tourists rent jeeps - Yankee Boy Basin, for example, so the car is already having a positive influence on my photography.
