Nisqually Road in January

Along the way to Paradise, as the snow gets deeper and the plows become more aggressive in response, walls of snow and ice line Nisqually road. Along the road you can easily stand on the snow in bare shoes, but to leave the road, you need skis or snow shoes to distribute your weight.
