A New Corporate Park Downtown

Across the street from Seattle’s main and flagship branch of the public library system, construction has been ongoing for countless months. The end product is a surprisingly good fit for the neighborhood it was built in. A larger version can be found here.
That looks like a yin and yang symbol in the water!
I don’t see where the emeralds of your city are, unless this is figure of speech like golden streets?
