Pyrotechnics Streaming from the Space Needle

An all out, decadent series of explosions. Fireworks are streaming up, out, and even down from above, seemingly from everywhere. Unusual for night, as many rockets are being launched from the disc of the Needle as the ground below.
In the course of shooting this, a party-goer on the hill behind me began to light fireworks of his own, while the crowed cheered “Happy New Year!”
Dude! That looks like full scale nuclear war.
