Fall Leaf from Carkeek Park, Seattle

A leaf, having turned orange for the fall, caught in the branches of a tree. While this isn’t what we’re known for, Seattle gets beautiful foliage for two or three weeks heading into the darkness of autumn. It’s not only the trees; bushes that spend most of the year looking like any other are turning a vibrant shade of red. Even in the Evergreen State the ground is littered with golden remnants of the summer.

  1. I mean this in the nicest possible way n all, but I think the not in focus part is cooler than the leaf. I mean look at the green and how it’s got the bright blue+grey at the top.

    But the leaf reminds me of a bug.
